Convoc\u00f3 a la sociedad a sumar esfuerzos en la construcci\u00f3n de un Zacatecas m\u00e1s justo, equitativo y respetuoso de la dignidad humana.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

La Dra. Maricela Dimas Reveles, Presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Zacatecas (CDHEZ), present\u00f3 el informe anual de actividades correspondientes al 2024, destacando avances significativos en la promoci\u00f3n, defensa y protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos en la entidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Durante su mensaje, la Dra. Maricela Dimas Reveles reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso de seguir trabajando para garantizar \u201cTodos los derechos, para todas las personas\u201d y convoc\u00f3 a la sociedad a sumar esfuerzos en la construcci\u00f3n de un Zacatecas m\u00e1s justo, equitativo y respetuoso de la dignidad humana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Presidenta de la CDHEZ, subray\u00f3 la importancia del respeto a la dignidad humana como pilar fundamental de la labor de la Comisi\u00f3n, enfatizando que la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos es una responsabilidad compartida entre el Estado, la sociedad civil y la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
La Ombudsperson convoc\u00f3 a las autoridades, sociedad civil y a la ciudadan\u00eda en general, a crear conciencia respecto de la importancia del respeto a los derechos humanos en nuestra sociedad, trabajando juntas y juntos en la b\u00fasqueda de soluciones conjuntas a los desaf\u00edos que enfrentamos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Entre los logros m\u00e1s relevantes del periodo, la Presidenta de la CDHEZ, destac\u00f3 el incremento de un 40 por ciento en materia de capacitaci\u00f3n, sensibilizando a 41 mil 829 personas mediante talleres y conferencias orientadas a fomentar una cultura de paz y respeto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En materia de protecci\u00f3n y defensa de los derechos humanos, este Organismo Defensor apertur\u00f3 4 mil 973 expediente, de los cuales 859 fueron quejas, 2 mil 633 asesor\u00edas y mil 481 gestiones. Respecto a la Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas, la CDHEZ brindo apoyo a 4 mil 577 personas, ofreciendo asesor\u00eda legal y psicol\u00f3gica, reflejando un aumento en la confianza de la ciudadan\u00eda en la Comisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En materia de Observancia de los Derechos Humanos, se llev\u00f3 a cabo la supervisi\u00f3n de centros penitenciarios, albergues, estaciones migratorias y casas asistenciales, asegurando condiciones dignas para las personas en situaci\u00f3n de vulnerabilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
En la atenci\u00f3n de grupos prioritarios, la CDHEZ ha abogado por la protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de las mujeres, realizando un trabajo de investigaci\u00f3n sobre violencia hacia las mujeres recomendando a trav\u00e9s de \u00e9ste, pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas para la atenci\u00f3n de esta problem\u00e1tica. Adem\u00e1s de realizar acciones enfocadas en la no discriminaci\u00f3n e igualdad de derechos para la comunidad LGBTQ+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En lo que respecta a las personas con discapacidad, se cumpli\u00f3 con el programa de trabajo del Mecanismo de Monitoreo de la Convenci\u00f3n de los Derechos de las Personas con Discapacidad, logrando importantes acciones en conjunto con organizaciones de la sociedad civil e instituciones gubernamentales, en favor de este sector vulnerable de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Para la atenci\u00f3n a la salud mental, se implement\u00f3 el Mecanismo Ciudadano de Monitoreo para la Prevenci\u00f3n, Intervenci\u00f3n y Erradicaci\u00f3n de la Violencia y Prevenci\u00f3n del Suicidio en Adolescentes y J\u00f3venes en el \u00e1mbito educativo, con la participaci\u00f3n de 45 j\u00f3venes embajadores de derechos humanos y la atenci\u00f3n de 3 mil 372 personas, instalando buzones en escuelas, dando capacitaci\u00f3n y acompa\u00f1amiento psicol\u00f3gico a trav\u00e9s de la Unidad de Atenci\u00f3n a V\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
En materia de innovaci\u00f3n, la Comisi\u00f3n fortaleci\u00f3 su infraestructura digital con la implementaci\u00f3n de un sistema inform\u00e1tico de quejas, optimizando la eficiencia de sus procedimientos en favor de la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
En su mensaje, el Mtro. \u00c1ngel Manuel Mu\u00f1oz Muro, Coordinador General Jur\u00eddico en representaci\u00f3n de Lic. David Monreal \u00c1vila, Gobernador del Estado de Zacatecas, reconoci\u00f3 la labor de la Dra. Maricel Dimas Reveles, por su visi\u00f3n y tenacidad, al encabezar el Organismo Defensor de los Derechos Humanos en la entidad, ante su responsabilidad y compromiso para cumplir y hacer cumplir los derechos humanos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
