Los usuarios pueden acceder a documentos de diversas materias, como civil, mercantil, familiar y penal. Adem\u00e1s, se brinda el servicio de copias simples y certificadas; estas \u00faltimas requieren la presentaci\u00f3n de una solicitud formal, identificaci\u00f3n oficial y el pago de derechos, garantizando as\u00ed la validez legal de los documentos expedidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asimismo, el archivo proporciona constancias de albacea, un documento solicitado en procesos sucesorios que acredita la designaci\u00f3n de una persona como responsable de la administraci\u00f3n de bienes. Este tr\u00e1mite incluye informaci\u00f3n detallada del expediente y del nombramiento, lo que permite dar certeza jur\u00eddica a los interesados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a su organizaci\u00f3n interna, explic\u00f3 la Licenciada Roc\u00edo del Carmen, el Archivo General se divide en dos acervos principales: el acervo jurisdiccional, que resguarda expedientes judiciales clasificados por materia y distrito, mientras que el acervo documental concentra informaci\u00f3n administrativa y documentos de apoyo, como convenios, exhortos y demandas no admitidas. Ambos acervos siguen procesos de control, registro y almacenamiento que permiten localizar y gestionar la informaci\u00f3n de manera eficiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Archivo General del Poder Judicial se encuentra ubicado en la calle Industria n\u00famero 10, en la zona industrial de Guadalupe, Zacatecas, y ofrece atenci\u00f3n de lunes a viernes en un horario de 8:30 a 15:00 horas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Actualmente resguarda m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de expedientes, algunos con antig\u00fcedad que data de 1920, lo que lo posiciona como uno de los archivos m\u00e1s relevantes del estado.
