{"id":3143,"date":"2026-04-21T20:33:00","date_gmt":"2026-04-22T01:33:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/?p=3143"},"modified":"2026-04-22T00:37:52","modified_gmt":"2026-04-22T05:37:52","slug":"convocan-para-obtener-la-medalla-gilberto-rincon-gallardo-y-meltis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/index.php\/04\/convocan-para-obtener-la-medalla-gilberto-rincon-gallardo-y-meltis\/politica\/2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Convocan para obtener la medalla Gilberto Rinc\u00f3n Gallardo y Meltis"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Legisladores exhortan al Poder Ejecutivo para que se publiquen en lo inmediato los acuerdos y decretos que se encuentran pendientes.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De manera un\u00e1nime, el Pleno Legislativo aval\u00f3 emitir la convocatoria p\u00fablica a organizaciones civiles, instituciones acad\u00e9micas, docentes investigadores, estudiantes y a la sociedad en general, a fin de que participen para obtener la medalla de reconocimiento por la Defensa de los Derechos Humanos, el combate a la Discriminaci\u00f3n y la Promoci\u00f3n de la Tolerancia, \u201cGilberto Rinc\u00f3n Gallardo y Meltis\u201d del Poder Legislativo del Estado de Zacatecas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Medalla de Reconocimiento \u201cGilberto Rinc\u00f3n Gallardo y Meltis\u201d representa un instrumento mediante el cual, desde el Poder Legislativo, se reconoce p\u00fablicamente la labor de quienes han contribuido a la defensa de los derechos humanos, el combate a la discriminaci\u00f3n y la promoci\u00f3n de la tolerancia. La permanencia de este tipo de reconocimientos permite incidir en la transformaci\u00f3n cultural, al contribuir a desmontar estigmas y promover una visi\u00f3n incluyente de la sociedad, reconociendo a las personas con discapacidad como sujetos plenos de derechos.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Sesion-congre-21-4-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3145\" style=\"aspect-ratio:1.5014984159602707;width:570px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Sesion-congre-21-4-1024x682.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Sesion-congre-21-4-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Sesion-congre-21-4-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Sesion-congre-21-4-1536x1023.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/Sesion-congre-21-4.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>La convocatoria se encuentra publicada de manera \u00edntegra en la p\u00e1gina oficial del Poder Legislativo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Plan de contenci\u00f3n frente a la posible propagaci\u00f3n del virus de la hepatitis y sarampi\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se tuvo una reuni\u00f3n de trabajo con las y los diputados integrantes de la Comisi\u00f3n de Medio Ambiente y Cambio Clim\u00e1tico de esta Soberan\u00eda, as\u00ed como con funcionarios p\u00fablicos estatales y federales del sector ambiental, el Presidente Municipal de Villa de Cos, Zacatecas, y autoridades del ejido de Chaparrosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En dicho encuentro, las y los habitantes de la regi\u00f3n manifestaron de manera directa su preocupaci\u00f3n ante la problem\u00e1tica de salud p\u00fablica derivada de la posible propagaci\u00f3n de enfermedades como hepatitis y sarampi\u00f3n, exponiendo la necesidad urgente de atenci\u00f3n institucional y acciones coordinadas que permitan prevenir riesgos mayores para la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo anterior, y tras destacar el derecho humano a la protecci\u00f3n de la salud, consagrado en el art\u00edculo 4\u00ba de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos, as\u00ed como en la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado Libre y Soberano de Zacatecas, que impone a las autoridades la obligaci\u00f3n de garantizar el acceso efectivo a servicios de salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los integrantes de la Asamblea Zacatecana aprobaron exhortar a la Secretar\u00eda de Salud del Estado de Zacatecas, para que en el ejercicio de sus respectivas facultades, presente un plan de contenci\u00f3n frente a la posible propagaci\u00f3n del virus de la hepatitis y sarampi\u00f3n en comunidades del municipio de Villa de Cos, Zacatecas, con la finalidad de garantizar el derecho humano a la salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Publicaci\u00f3n de acuerdos y decretos emitidos por el Poder Legislativo<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El total de las y los legisladores presentes durante la sesi\u00f3n ordinaria del d\u00eda, avalaron el dictamen por el que se exhorta al Poder Ejecutivo, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda General de Gobierno y de la Coordinaci\u00f3n General Jur\u00eddica, para que se publiquen en lo inmediato los acuerdos y decretos que se encuentran pendientes, particularmente el decreto 562 de la Sexag\u00e9sima Cuarta Legislatura del Estado, mediante el cual se reforman diversas disposiciones de la Ley Org\u00e1nica del Municipio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"870\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-870x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-966\" style=\"aspect-ratio:0.8496112270054997;width:656px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-870x1024.jpg 870w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-255x300.jpg 255w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-768x904.jpg 768w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos.jpg 1275w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 870px) 100vw, 870px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>.
