{"id":304,"date":"2025-01-28T21:29:25","date_gmt":"2025-01-29T03:29:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/?p=304"},"modified":"2025-01-28T21:33:42","modified_gmt":"2025-01-29T03:33:42","slug":"proponen-establecer-en-la-ley-de-educacion-el-conocimiento-financiero","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/index.php\/01\/proponen-establecer-en-la-ley-de-educacion-el-conocimiento-financiero\/politica\/2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Proponen establecer en la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n el conocimiento financiero"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Legisladores dan a conocer iniciativa que pretende modificar el C\u00f3digo Penal en materia de delitos de tr\u00e1nsito, para dar claridad y certeza jur\u00eddica en art\u00edculos que tipifican conductas por el manejo de veh\u00edculos bajo el influjo de alcohol o alg\u00fan narc\u00f3tico.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la Sesi\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente la diputada Karla Esmeralda Rivera Rodr\u00edguez propuso adicionar los art\u00edculos 13, 53 y 59 de la Ley de Educaci\u00f3n del Estado de Zacatecas, con el objetivo de establecer que la educaci\u00f3n impartida en el Estado persiga, entre otros, el conocimiento financiero a trav\u00e9s de herramientas, informaci\u00f3n, e instrucci\u00f3n, que les permita comprender conceptos, productos, servicios, riesgos y beneficios financieros, a efecto de que puedan tomar decisiones informadas para mejorar su calidad de vida e impulsar su desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En espec\u00edfico, se propone impartir educaci\u00f3n de manera oportuna, para que d\u00e9 un lugar prioritario al buen manejo de sus finanzas, otorg\u00e1ndole as\u00ed las herramientas necesarias para lograr enfrentar los retos que presenta un mundo cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s complejo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Delitos de tr\u00e1nsito<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, el diputado Mart\u00edn \u00c1lvarez Casio present\u00f3 la iniciativa mediante la cual propone modificar el C\u00f3digo Penal para el Estado de Zacatecas, en materia de delitos de tr\u00e1nsito, y derogar y modificar art\u00edculos de la aludida ley penal del Estado, lo que, asegur\u00f3 el promovente, no implicar\u00e1 ning\u00fan riesgo de impunidad, pues el contenido de los numerales respectivos est\u00e1 contemplado en el texto vigente de la Ley de Transporte, Tr\u00e1nsito y Vialidad del Estado de Zacatecas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La iniciativa de decreto est\u00e1 encaminada a dar claridad y certeza jur\u00eddica en art\u00edculos que tipifican conductas por el manejo de veh\u00edculos automotor bajo el influjo de alcohol o alg\u00fan narc\u00f3tico, que proh\u00edben rebasar invadiendo carril, en curva, pendiente, columpio, elevaci\u00f3n de terreno o lugares sin visibilidad, y que proh\u00edben estacionarse sobre la carretera, sin luces, sin abanderamiento, en curva o columpio, comportamientos que, sentencia, por su naturaleza no merecen una sanci\u00f3n criminal sino administrativa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Feminicidio<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1066\" src=\"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/IMG-20250128-WA0016.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-305\" srcset=\"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/IMG-20250128-WA0016.jpg 1600w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/IMG-20250128-WA0016-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/IMG-20250128-WA0016-1024x682.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/IMG-20250128-WA0016-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/IMG-20250128-WA0016-1536x1023.jpg 1536w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1600px) 100vw, 1600px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>El legislador Mart\u00edn \u00c1lvarez Casio tambi\u00e9n propuso a sus hom\u00f3logos modificar el C\u00f3digo Penal para el Estado de Zacatecas en materia de feminicidio, para a\u00f1adir agravantes a tal delito en raz\u00f3n de la edad de la v\u00edctima, su vulnerabilidad, desventaja social, su condici\u00f3n de discapacidad y subordinaci\u00f3n en la funci\u00f3n p\u00fablica.\u00a0 La propuesta es incluir en el C\u00f3digo Penal que, comete el delito de feminicidio quien prive de la vida a una mujer por razones de g\u00e9nero. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A quien cometa el delito de feminicidio se le impondr\u00e1n de treinta a cincuenta a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n y multa de trescientas a trescientas sesenta y cinco veces el valor diario de la Unidad de Medida y Actualizaci\u00f3n vigente en el momento en que se cometi\u00f3 el delito. La pena aumentar\u00e1 hasta en un tercio, trat\u00e1ndose de v\u00edctima menor de edad, embarazada, adulta mayor, con discapacidad o que pertenezca a pueblos ind\u00edgenas o afromexicanos, as\u00ed mismo, cuando el sujeto activo sea servidor p\u00fablico y haya incurrido en la conducta aprovechando tal car\u00e1cter.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>.
