Anuncian la dignificaci\u00f3n de los 18 distritos judiciales, mejoras salariales y renovaci\u00f3n de parque vehicular.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

El Poder Judicial present\u00f3 el \u201cComplejo Judicial del Distrito de Fresnillo\u201d, un espacio que, gracias a las finanzas sanas, transparencia y un plan de austeridad que deriv\u00f3 de la reciente Reforma Judicial, permiti\u00f3 poner en marcha este nuevo Complejo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
La Consejera Presidenta del \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n, Norma Esparza Castro, explic\u00f3 que este inmueble fue construido en el a\u00f1o 2023 y ha sido rescatado del abandono, gracias a una colaboraci\u00f3n interinstitucional que permiti\u00f3 un arduo trabajo de rehabilitaci\u00f3n y equipamiento, albergando ahora 2 juzgados civiles, 2 juzgados familiares, 2 juzgados mercantiles, una oficial\u00eda de partes y un \u00e1rea de pensiones, con la visi\u00f3n de progreso, para marcar un antes y un despu\u00e9s en esta regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n

Detall\u00f3 que con una inversi\u00f3n de m\u00e1s de 5 millones de pesos se fortaleci\u00f3 la operatividad, con la adquisici\u00f3n de 45 equipos de c\u00f3mputo, 3 veh\u00edculos nuevos , un sistema de circuito cerrado, la adecuaci\u00f3n total de estas instalaciones y el encarpetamiento para ofrecer 500 lugares de estacionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Por su parte, el Magistrado Carlos Villegas M\u00e1rquez, Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia, puntualiz\u00f3 que este evento va m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de la infraestructura, pues se trata de hacer vigente un derecho de la ciudadan\u00eda a una justicia m\u00e1s accesible, pronta y expedita.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Esta obra se evitar\u00e1 que la gente se traslade de un lugar a otro mientras enfrentan su conflictiva en diferentes materias, es as\u00ed que gracias a muchas voluntades, se materializa el acceso a la justicia en espacios dignos a quienes demandan justicia.<\/p>\n\n\n

El titular del poder ejecutivo dijo que el Poder Judicial, uno de los m\u00e1s confiables a nivel nacional dignifique su infraestructura y se modernice en sus 18 distritos judiciales; asegur\u00f3 que este Complejo Judicial en Fresnillo es la primera obra de las 18 en que converger\u00e1n ambas autoridades, adem\u00e1s anunci\u00f3 que se realizar\u00e1 un estudio detallado en las percepciones salariales para una mejora, empezando, por supuesto desde quienes ganan menos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sobre el parque vehicular del Poder Judicial se requiere una renovaci\u00f3n funcional, pues 50 veh\u00edculos de 100 corresponden a modelos anteriores al a\u00f1o 2015 y su mantenimiento genera un alto costo de mantenimiento, por ello, en este a\u00f1o se implementar\u00e1 un plan de renovaci\u00f3n para que se realicen las notificaciones y diligencias necesarias en los distritos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
