{"id":2221,"date":"2026-01-16T20:35:00","date_gmt":"2026-01-17T02:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/?p=2221"},"modified":"2026-01-22T22:43:15","modified_gmt":"2026-01-23T04:43:15","slug":"gran-avance-la-construccion-del-complejo-de-viviendas-en-guadalupe","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/index.php\/01\/gran-avance-la-construccion-del-complejo-de-viviendas-en-guadalupe\/estado\/2026\/","title":{"rendered":"Gran avance la Construcci\u00f3n del Complejo de Viviendas en Guadalupe"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Constatan avance f\u00edsico de 144 viviendas, distribuidas en 18 edificios, de los cuales, 14 ser\u00e1n para venta y cuatro para renta social<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El conjunto habitacional de viviendas ubicado en el fraccionamiento Villas de Guadalupe, que realiza el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, tiene un avance f\u00edsico significativo, contempla la construcci\u00f3n de 144 viviendas, en 18 edificios, de los cuales, 14 edificios estar\u00e1n destinados a la venta y cuatro a un esquema de renta social, todos con una superficie de 60 metros cuadrados por unidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta infraestructura, que se realiza el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, fue dise\u00f1ada para ofrecer espacios seguros, funcionales y acordes a las necesidades de las y los beneficiarios, que en su mayor\u00eda no tienen acceso a cr\u00e9ditos tradicionales, como el Instituto para el Fondo Nacional de Vivienda para los Trabajadores (Infonavit) o el Fondo de Vivienda del Instituto de Seguridad y Servicios Sociales de los Trabajadores del Estado (Fovissste).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este programa est\u00e1 dirigido a los grupos vulnerables, a j\u00f3venes, a madres solteras, a mujeres con salarios muy bajos, para que puedan lograr su vivienda de manera digna, posible y acorde a su ingreso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El programa de vivienda en el estado contempla diversas vertientes, desde el suministro de paquetes de materiales (block, varilla, l\u00e1mina, cemento), hasta la edificaci\u00f3n de cuartos, ba\u00f1os completos o rec\u00e1maras adicionales, as\u00ed como viviendas completas, que forman parte del programa conjunto con el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, como las que se construyen actualmente en Villas de Guadalupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"870\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-870x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-966\" style=\"aspect-ratio:0.8496112270054997;width:610px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-870x1024.jpg 870w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-255x300.jpg 255w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-768x904.jpg 768w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos.jpg 1275w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 870px) 100vw, 870px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>.
