{"id":2060,"date":"2025-11-17T20:06:00","date_gmt":"2025-11-18T02:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/?p=2060"},"modified":"2025-11-26T11:09:35","modified_gmt":"2025-11-26T17:09:35","slug":"avanzan-en-la-implementacion-del-sistema-de-notificaciones-electronicas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/index.php\/11\/avanzan-en-la-implementacion-del-sistema-de-notificaciones-electronicas\/informacion-general\/2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Avanzan en la implementaci\u00f3n del sistema de notificaciones electr\u00f3nicas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>El Poder Judicial reafirma su compromiso de avanzar hacia una justicia m\u00e1s moderna, \u00e1gil y cercana a la ciudadan\u00eda<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como parte del compromiso por modernizar el servicio de justicia y hacerlo m\u00e1s accesible para la ciudadan\u00eda, el Tribunal Superior de Justicia y el \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n Judicial trabajan juntos en la puesta en marcha del Sistema de Notificaciones Electr\u00f3nicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para continuar con este proyecto, se reunieron el Magistrado Carlos Villegas M\u00e1rquez, Presidente del Tribunal Superior de Justicia del Estado; la Consejera Norma Esparza Castro, Presidenta del \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n Judicial; el Secretario de Acuerdos del Tribunal, Edy Salazar Castro; y el Director de Inform\u00e1tica, Felipe de Jes\u00fas Alvarado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el encuentro, las autoridades destacaron que esta nueva herramienta permitir\u00e1 que las personas involucradas en un juicio reciban informaci\u00f3n de manera m\u00e1s r\u00e1pida y conozcan al instante el avance de sus procesos, esto har\u00e1 que los tr\u00e1mites sean m\u00e1s \u00e1giles, reduciendo tiempos de espera y eliminando la necesidad de desplazamientos o tr\u00e1mites adicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, se\u00f1alaron que las notificaciones electr\u00f3nicas ayudar\u00e1n a disminuir el uso de papeler\u00eda, optimizar\u00e1 el trabajo del personal notificador y reducir\u00e1 gastos operativos, lo que se traducir\u00e1 en un servicio m\u00e1s eficiente para todas y todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como primer paso, acordaron implementar un programa de capacitaci\u00f3n para el personal judicial y para la comunidad jur\u00eddica, con el fin de asegurar un uso adecuado de esta herramienta tecnol\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con lo anterior, el Poder Judicial del Estado reafirma su compromiso de trabajar por una justicia m\u00e1s \u00e1gil, moderna y cercana a la ciudadan\u00eda, destacando la colaboraci\u00f3n permanente entre el Tribunal Superior de Justicia y el \u00d3rgano de Administraci\u00f3n Judicial para lograrlo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"870\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-870x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-966\" style=\"width:586px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-870x1024.jpg 870w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-255x300.jpg 255w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-768x904.jpg 768w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos.jpg 1275w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 870px) 100vw, 870px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>.
