Maricela Dimas subray\u00f3 la importancia de este encuentro como un ejercicio de reflexi\u00f3n colectiva y compromiso social para la construcci\u00f3n de sociedades m\u00e1s justas.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Comisi\u00f3n de Derechos Humanos del Estado de Zacatecas (CDHEZ) y la Secretar\u00eda de las Mujeres (Semujer) llevaron a cabo la firma de un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n interinstitucional y el Panel \u201cDerechos Humanos de las Mujeres e Igualdad Sustantiva\u201d, con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer las acciones a favor de la igualdad y una vida libre de violencia para las mujeres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su mensaje, la Dra. Maricela Dimas Reveles, Presidenta de la CDHEZ, subray\u00f3 la importancia de este encuentro como un ejercicio de reflexi\u00f3n colectiva y compromiso social para la construcci\u00f3n de sociedades m\u00e1s justas, incluyentes y respetuosas de la dignidad de cada persona, con pleno reconocimiento de los derechos humanos de las mujeres y el compromiso de avanzar hacia la igualdad sustantiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dimas Reveles asegur\u00f3 que, la igualdad sustantiva no se limita a reconocer en la ley los mismos derechos para mujeres y hombres, sino que exige acciones reales para que se traduzcan en condiciones de vida digna, libre de violencia y con las mismas oportunidades de desarrollo.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignright size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"682\" src=\"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/CDHEZ-79-8-1024x682.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1713\" style=\"width:563px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/CDHEZ-79-8-1024x682.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/CDHEZ-79-8-300x200.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/CDHEZ-79-8-768x512.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/CDHEZ-79-8-1536x1023.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/CDHEZ-79-8.jpeg 1600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>La Ombudsperson indic\u00f3 que el convenio signado entre la CDHEZ y la Semujer representa un paso fundamental hacia la colaboraci\u00f3n interinstitucional, es un compromiso que permitir\u00e1 desarrollar acciones, capacitaciones, acompa\u00f1amiento y mecanismos que fortalezcan la defensa y la promoci\u00f3n de los derechos humanos con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la Lic. Karla Isabel Guardado Oropeza, Secretaria de las Mujeres, destac\u00f3 que este esfuerzo compartido entre ambas instituciones tiene sus ra\u00edces en la lucha hist\u00f3rica por los derechos humanos, y reconoci\u00f3 a la CDHEZ por sumar voluntades y abrir caminos de colaboraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guardado Oropeza enfatiz\u00f3 que los derechos de las mujeres no se negocian, no se regatean y no se limitan, ya que son inherentes, conquistados con esfuerzo, resistencia y esperanza, por lo que a\u00f1adi\u00f3 que desde la Secretar\u00eda de las Mujeres asumen un compromiso inquebrantable de acompa\u00f1ar a cada mujer en sus sue\u00f1os, en sus anhelos y en sus batallas, por lo que procurar\u00e1n estar presentes y cercanas, trabajando desde la municipalidad, con la convicci\u00f3n de que ninguna mujer debe quedar atr\u00e1s y ninguna debe quedar afuera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el panel, se abordaron diversos temas vinculados a la igualdad y la erradicaci\u00f3n de la violencia de g\u00e9nero, teniendo participaciones a cargo de la Mtra. Raquel L\u00f3pez Villareal, Directora de Capacitaci\u00f3n de la Semujer, analiz\u00f3 el tema \u201cMasculinidades en transici\u00f3n\u201d; y finalmente, la Lic.
