{"id":1578,"date":"2025-09-10T20:12:00","date_gmt":"2025-09-11T01:12:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/?p=1578"},"modified":"2025-09-12T12:25:18","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T17:25:18","slug":"se-titulan-de-la-maestria-en-derecho-civil-del-poder-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/index.php\/09\/se-titulan-de-la-maestria-en-derecho-civil-del-poder-judicial\/informacion-general\/2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Se titulan de la maestr\u00eda en Derecho Civil del Poder Judicial"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Fueron 6 abogados postulantes quienes realizaron examen de Grado de Maestr\u00eda.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luego de culminar satisfactoriamente sus estudios en la Maestr\u00eda en Derecho Civil, fruto de un Convenio de Colaboraci\u00f3n entre el Poder Judicial del Estado a trav\u00e9s de su Escuela Judicial, hoy \u201cEscuela Estatal de Formaci\u00f3n Judicial\u201d y la Federaci\u00f3n de Asociaciones de Abogados de Zacatecas (FECAAZAC, A.C.), seis abogadas y abogados realizaron su Examen de Grado como requisito \u00faltimo para obtener el T\u00edtulo en la materia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las actas de grado de Maestr\u00eda, fueron entregadas y signadas por el jurado de sinodales; el Doctor Juan Manuel Rodr\u00edguez Valadez, Presidente y los maestros Rafael Rodr\u00edguez Rodr\u00edguez, como Secretario y C\u00e9sar Iv\u00e1n Barrag\u00e1n Barrios, Vocal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Frente a este jurado, la abogada Ibania Noem\u00ed Hern\u00e1ndez Mu\u00f1oz, defendi\u00f3 su trabajo de Tesis \u201cRelaci\u00f3n y Aplicaci\u00f3n del Derecho Civil y Derecho Agrario en materia de Sucesiones\u201d, la Licenciada Alma Gabriela Torres, la Tesis \u201cLa Reparaci\u00f3n del Da\u00f1o Moral causado por el Contenido P\u00fablico en Medios Inform\u00e1ticos en el Distrito Judicial de Zacatecas Capital\u201d, por su parte el Licenciado Gonzalo Escamilla Perales present\u00f3 su Tesis \u201cDerecho a la Investigaci\u00f3n e Impugnaci\u00f3n de la Filiaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual manera, los licenciados Jos\u00e9 Guadalupe Soriano defendi\u00f3 su trabajo \u201cPropuesta de Adici\u00f3n de una fracci\u00f3n al Art. 265 del C\u00f3digo de Procedimientos Civiles del Estado de Zacatecas\u201d, Francisco Javier L\u00f3pez Ba\u00f1uelos, su Tesis \u201cAmpliaci\u00f3n del Concepto de Alimentos en el Derecho Familiar Zacatecano\u201d y Oscar Gabriel Campos, la Tesis \u201cEl Testamento en Pa\u00eds Extranjero\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las y los abogados que fueron titulados como Maestros en Derecho Civil, realizaron ante el jurado de sinodales la exposici\u00f3n de sus trabajos de investigaci\u00f3n, mismos que fueron analizados e interrogados; as\u00ed mismo, el S\u00ednodo en conjunto con el Doctor Carrillo del Muro, Director de la Escuela Estatal de Formaci\u00f3n Judicial les invitaron a continuar con sus estudios de Doctorado, alent\u00e1ndolos a superarse d\u00eda con d\u00eda, tal como el Derecho y la aplicaci\u00f3n de las leyes y reformas constitucionales lo exigen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"870\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-870x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-966\" style=\"width:664px;height:auto\" srcset=\"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-870x1024.jpg 870w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-255x300.jpg 255w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos-768x904.jpg 768w, https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/Anuncio-salon-eventos.jpg 1275w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 870px) 100vw, 870px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>.
