{"id":1134,"date":"2025-07-02T20:01:52","date_gmt":"2025-07-03T01:01:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/?p=1134"},"modified":"2025-07-14T20:10:38","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T01:10:38","slug":"simplifican-tramites-para-el-autotransporte-federal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/creston.com.mx\/index.php\/07\/simplifican-tramites-para-el-autotransporte-federal\/informacion-general\/2025\/","title":{"rendered":"Simplifican tr\u00e1mites para el autotransporte federal"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong><em>Elimina diversos requisitos que los permisionarios deb\u00edan llevar a cabo, reduce documentaci\u00f3n y optimiza procesos en la presentaci\u00f3n de requerimientos.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se publica en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n y entrar\u00e1 en vigor cinco d\u00edas h\u00e1biles posteriores, inform\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda de Infraestructura, Comunicaciones y Transportes (SICT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La disposici\u00f3n, rubricada por el secretario Jes\u00fas Antonio Esteva Medina, publicada este d\u00eda en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (DOF) entrar\u00e1 en vigor cinco d\u00edas h\u00e1biles siguientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con este Acuerdo, diversos requerimientos que los permisionarios del autotransporte deb\u00edan llevar a cabo se fusionan y se limitan a 9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se actualizan 11 requisitos de tr\u00e1mites con lo que se reduce la documentaci\u00f3n y se optimizan los procesos para la presentaci\u00f3n de cada uno de ellos, y se renuevan dos homoclaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adicionalmente, se elimina un requisito referido a la Direcci\u00f3n General de Protecci\u00f3n y Medicina Preventiva en el Transporte, que es el \u201cAviso de informe de evaluaci\u00f3n de la capacitaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aclara que los tr\u00e1mites ingresados con anterioridad a la publicaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo se resolver\u00e1n de conformidad con la normatividad aplicable vigente en el momento de su presentaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La SICT modificar\u00e1 la informaci\u00f3n que resulte necesaria en las fichas de tr\u00e1mites, incluyendo los formatos correspondientes inscritos en el Cat\u00e1logo Nacional de Regulaciones, Tr\u00e1mites y Servicios.
